Dorki's and Taxes
Sorry if this is the wrong forum...but I thought I would share. Its a good deal.
I (the company I work for) have some easement tax credits (Virginia) that are transferable. I am looking for $0.65 on the dollar. These are good for tax years 2004,2005,2006,2007 or 2008. I will indemnify the purchasers. If you would like to use them in tax year 2004, the amount you need for 2004 has to transfer in 2004. Companies/entities or individuals can use the credits to pay VA tax. If you have any questions on how easement credits work or need any other information, please do not hesitate to contact me or your CPA. Jim 540-454-0032
