time for a bigger shop...

current house has 16x24 shop with no lift. 15 years of building race cars and restoring old bmw cars and motorcycles. time for a bigger place.

bought another house nearby that we are, ah, updating. lot has room for bigger shop. plan is for a 30x30 with a full second floor. two bays, two post lift in right bay, 4 post in left bay. ceiling height to accomodate clear floor two post lift. here is where it is going. it will be a left turn right before hitting the house garage.
