It has the PDK and has those cool organic fiber (hemp included) body panels on the front, rear, and driver rescue hatch. Its fully caged, has the fire extinguishing system and all the other track goodies. It also looks bad-ass in its pure white and black factory fresh form and sounds awesome (got to hear and watch all the new ones at the Roar before they were wrapped and painted by their teams.) Oh--and its very fast and seems reliable.

Just when you think you have found THE car . . . and then the PPI comes back.

Saw this and thought of your search, Lara. I think 2009s are 987.2, but I might be wrong there.

They are 987.2s. Great find, except its manual. Send away though! Well eventually find one!

I haven't followed this entire thread, but would you be interested in a 2012 R; a few suspension and brake cooling mods, manual, 35K mi, $55K?

cmon.. time to beat Jim at his own game with something like this! Add some seats, harnesses, suspension refresh and your still under budget!

I know where there is a very well cared for white 981S with everything you are looking for, but the owner isn't ready to give it up . Keep hoping he wins the annual club lottery.

Good luck with the search!
