I'm pretty sure that lever gun would qualify as an SBR and therefore require a form 4 and tax stamp. Don't go making one of these if you don't want to lose your right to own guns forever.

As always, check the appropriate laws before grabbing your saw BTW short barrel on lever guns mean less capacity. Unless you have one of these

that should add some competition for these guys:

afaik, currently that is the only public indoor range in the richmond area.
