Default Where to go for minor, but professional paint work?

I am very close to buying a split grill kit for a 993 C2S. It comes primered, ready to paint. Since it's from Gert in Belgium, I'm already getting fisted on the Euro conversion. So I want to keep the paint work low-cost. It's the size of any other 911 decklid grill insert. I don't wanna go to Wagon Works, wait a month and pay $500. Lewis Hauser is my back-up unless someone else has a great source.

I also want to get my caliper powder-coated, but will never ever be able to get to ASC in Manassas when they're open, nor have my car down for their two-week turnaround.
