Default GPS tracker

I just wanted to post about this GPS tracker that I am using in case anyone is interested. I have it on my VW bus too. Awesome device for a great price. Uses a cell phone sim card so you can choose a cheap plan too. I could have gone with something like LoJack.... but didn't.

Great piece of mind to know that if my car goes missing I can track it down immediately.

GPS SMS tracker TK103B

http://www.amazon.com/tracker-TK103B...618575&sr=1-13

When you call the unit from your cell phone it sends a text back with the vehicle info including a google maps link. This is what I got on a recent camping trip in the bus.

Would have been funny if the location showed at Vern & Tommy's

Seems like a good tool for people who park in downtown areas or really big parking lots.

Pretty cool.

I read somewhere Spot sells something similar now, worth looking into.

you can add to your kid's car for tracking location, setting a perimeter with alerts for time of day, boundary, etc. usual black box stuff like speed, etc.

Also lets you listen to the conversation (or lack thereof!) in the car!

They must have upped the place a bit since I used to go to the keys.
