Well they moved my game up to noon! Sorry I cannot make this one. Car is safe and sound in the garage though, and had a real nice drive up from VA Beach.

Have un guys and see you soon.

I'm a newer member looking forward to seeing some Porsches at the Manassas Visitor Center at 8:30am. I'll be there in a 2006 Seal Grey Boxster S with my son.

Weather looks like it will be great.

Well it is amazing what you can learn during a funrun. Here is todays lesson(s).
1 Tim is a big fan of wildlife, he can start up a conversation with deer like they were his nextdoor neighbor. I think I heard him bleeting at one, I just figured he was telling it to say cheese.
2 George HATES ricers. Drove behind him for a good bit of the run and while not overdriving his car he was doing a good bit of "grabbing and having at" until the Honda offended him simply by being. That Carrera was gone like a shot. I know he was getting low on gas so he figured he could grab a draft off the snowplow style wing. Smart man.
3 Gary has lots of friends over in these parts. They arn't very origional since they all like to drive the same ugly 2 tone cars. I just wonder how they get thier big heads into thoe cars with thiose manhloe cover style hats they wear? I think they were trying to get my autograph on the way home since I saw enough of Garys friends to fill 4 doughnut shops.
4 last but not least I get the dumbass of the month award (and it's only the second) for doing a run like this on 24 year old shocks. That was fun, I will go out later and take a heat gun to the pucker marks in the left front seat once I can get brown-eye to let go of my underwear.

Had a blast thanks guys for putting on such a good show again!

Thanks, Gary, for a fun route today. Far as I could tell the only casualties were the squirrel you executed, Rick's blown shock, and the palpitations when the trooper U-turned & followed behind us a couple times. Not that there was any wrongdoing!

I really enjoyed meeting everybody, ogling the varied P-cars, and look forward to this again.

See Rick,

Even the deer in the Shenandoah Valley appreciate Tim's Porsche, LOL!!!, Great pics Tim.

P.S., if you ask a state trooper, they say that Firemen are the ones who eat dougnuts, Troopers like Bagels, haha.
