After watching a rebroadcast(?) of the Toronto Indycar race the other night I am sure you are in for lots of "rubbin is racing" on the streets of baltimore. I thought I wanted to go, more to see ALMS racing than the Indycar stuff. Having gone to Belle Isle (Detroit) years ago, unless you are up in a high seat you can't see the dang cars hidden by walls/fences/advertising panels.

I'll watch the race on TV this year (too much going on this year for me to take time off), maybe I'll attend next year.

Not sure if you can still purchase parking passes. Or maybe there's still openings in the PorschePlatz.

We bought a parking pass, but gonna let our son and his GF use it, since they live close to Baltimore. Cindy, Chris & I are staying the weekend in the Brookshire Suites on Lombard St, close to the track/grandstand.

Believe there was 50 PorschePlatz tickets left as of Wednesday evening. 150 sold so far. Should be a nice looking corral of 200 Porsches.

I had seats in Section 8; but they emailed me and said section 8 doesn't exist anymore...? Our seats were moved to section 10D, Rows 27 & 28 (previously 17&18)!

So I guess i'll have to learn to love my new seats

I think the light rail may be the best way to go.

With the race track crossing 395, light street pratt and a few others, I think it's going to be almost impossible to drive in.
