Default Helmet & Insurance Recommendations

Folks - really looking forward to the Helmets Off event.

Looking for recommendation for a helmet for the day:
- Is it possible to rent a helmet?
- If not, any recommendations on buying a relatively inexpensive one?

Also considering track day insurance for the event:
- Recommended providers and guestimate of cost?

Thanks,

Helmets can be rented at OG Racing in Ashburn, Va.

I mainly use Lockton Motorsports Insurance. The cost depends on the car value. Insuring my car for $35k costs a bit over $200 per event.

Folks (because I know he is shy to ask) - the program is about $750 shy of being fully funded. If anyone wants to to contribute, contact markehillyer@gmail.com
