Default Looking for a bookkeeper (Bethesda)

That's right, as the subject reads, I am looking for an old fashioned bookkeeper.

Fair warning, this is for a Medical Cannabis company. Small, but seriously fast growing company, pun intended.

Location: Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to (will update this job posting in detail later on):

Tag and monitor fixed assets;
Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner;
Issue invoices to customers;
Collect sales taxes from customers and remit them to the government;
Ensure that receivables are collected promptly;
Conducts weekly reconciliation of bank accounts;
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy;
Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements;
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system;
Maintain the chart of accounts;
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements;
Process payroll in a timely manner;
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.

Try Mallory Corlette. I used her for my business some years ago and was very impressed. I did a quick look up it might be she has moved on to tax prep. Still, worth a shot. Whipsmart and small business saavy.
