Terrible...no one had any fun...the roads were all straight...

It was a great time, Greg. Doug E came up with a great route. It was a shame your carbs were balky today.

The fun run was great...at least the portion that my car finished. I met many new people, but unfortunately forgot many names already since my head was swimming with mechanical failure. I am guessing that it was my cd box, since after cooling for an hour it started humming again and the engine started right up. I was able to recreate the failure in my driveway after the engine heated up again. After about 10-15 minutes of idling the cd box stopped humming and the engine died. I had the car towed back to my house from midpoint...so I was quite embarrassed by my first appearance. Thanks again to everyone that stopped to help, I really appreciated it.

Well, I must cut them a break. They are almost 30-years-old. Removed each idle jet in turn, blew a little air through and it ran like a champ.

Glad to hear the rain didn't dampen the festivities. Can't wait for the next one. Hey, is Hershey going to be FR5?

Doug,

Nice run. Too bad my car is under the knife for my first Fun Run. Hopefully it'll be back in one pice by the next.

It was nice to meet new folks and see some pretty nice rides.

Guys with digital cameras. I just created an album for Fun Run #4. You can post todays photos there.

I just dropped off a roll of film. Should have picture up sometime this evening.

Any pictures of me with my decklid up and a forlorn look on my face? The tow truck driver asked the question "so what kind of car am I towing?" That was before I said how much.....

Doug,

Great run yesterday!

Glad we didn't decide to use the "rain" day -- couldn't believe my eyes when I woke up this AM! Snow was coming down so fast I couldn't see my neighbor's house!

Thanks, as usual, for all the time and skill you put into planning the FRs and a great set of roads Yesterday.
