Default Question about strut replacement

One of my rear struts is blown (X73 Sport suspension). My thinking is that it is probably best to replace both sides if replacing one. On the other hand, perhaps replacing both isn’t really necessary? The current struts have ~100 track days

Yes. Always do replacement per axel. Accident damage to a near new or non wear part excepted.

Thanks. Wasn’t sure how common these failures are.
