One suggestion I would make for corner workers is to institute a rotational procedure. Each race or two during practice and sprints, individuals should rotate duties--radio, yellow flagger, passing flagger, cross-course safety worker. During the enduros, change duties every half-hour as possible (& have one off duty position if possible). This breaks up the routine, keeps workers more alert and trains for all positions. In addition, each team should rotate to a different corner each day which provides variety, different perspectives and responsibilities. Being a flagger all day, or being at station 4 for the entire weekend is tough, IMHO.
