Default Anyone know how to make WeatherTech mats shine like new

Folks - I just spent some time washing my truck on this lovely day. Anyone have a trick to bring the shine back to WeatherTech mats? No matter how much I scrub they still look dirty. BikePump has said I am not allowed to use ArmourAll due to the slipperiness of it.

Give Larry a call at Car Care Specialities. He is always at Hershey Swap Meet

https://store.carcareonline.com/rubberandvinylcare.aspx

I think most treatment would shine the rubber so to speak but create a slippery surface.

Funny, I just watched this video the other week, I'm guessing the product is the key?

Black Again (haven't tried it on my Weathertech but it works on dashboards, plastic, rubber - doesn't need to be black). Doesn't de-gas and dirty up your windshield if you use it on the dashboard (as opposed to Armor-All).

I heard you just ask for Vranko as your instructor and then just wipe them down afterwards #WABE

This video was pretty worthless. He doesn't wash the nasty floormat on the left. Instead, the mat he actually washes is barely dirty (the "after" one on the right), and looks almost perfect as soon as he rinses it.

I want to see him try to clean that nasty mat; if he can make that one look like new with only a few minutes of scrubbing, I'll buy his products right away.

I suppose you could use some rubber conditioner like 303 Rubber conditioner. I use that on door seals for my 51' Chebby.

OK - I used a degreaser and scrubbed and then Macquirers Back to Black. They look great and not greasy at all.
