I was talking to Taylor Chapman about this and he recommended Village Body and Paint in Warrenton and Kwaik Auto body in Springfield. Said they both do really good work and are some of the few in the area that will handle rust.

I'm hoping to talk to Village in the next week or two about my car.

I think I found someone , they work mostly on vintage VW
Warrenton still to closed to DC

To remove the tar sound deadening material on rear vertical section, some areas already showing some surface rust , everything got to come out to make sure rust will be take care of it

Then I will spray lizard skin sound control in some sections to give the OEM look

Will be good for another 50 years
