unless you have upgraded other parts, just go oem

I have read that LEMFOERDER and URO drop links have problems with the bushings coming out..any other brands with good reviews..I hate to put them on and have them fail in a few months

I can attest that URO bushings and ball joints come apart soon after installation. Same experience for other off-brand parts.* So, I agree with going with OEM or Porsche branded through a well known online dealer.

OEM parts can be tricky as well. For example, Lemfoerder is suppose to be an OEM supplier to many European brands. When I order Lemfoerder and other similar OEM suppliers sometimes I get a legit OEM quality parts. Parts just as good as going through the dealer. But other times I get junk made in China. I don't know if the swap happens in the supply chain, if they are counterfeit, or simply if OEM suppliers make a higher quality part that goes to dealers and a lower quality part that goes to the aftermarket. If anyone has real verified experience working in parts supply chain or manufacture, I'd love to hear what you've seen.

So recently, I buy through the dealer network. Suncoast and Sunset are still the places right? I've gotten decent pricing and service from the parts counter in Tysons, but you have to know the secret handshake or they charge you retail++. For non Porsche I go through Tasca they are slow, but I've always gotten legit parts at a really good price.

*Interestingly my friends who are into American or Japanese cars rarely have problems with cheap junk made in China. Or maybe they just care less
