i'll be there but not at 10 a.m. (got to run the wife to the airport). How long will the dorki crowd be at Panera before heading out onthe fun run?

Probably until noon (or when everyone gets hungry), at least that's how it usually goes. These are informal events that are loosely scheduled. There is no time pressure, show up before 10 or after, we should still be there.
