I didn't want to mention it, but that Ferrari fiasco stuck in my mind. He not only brought an amazing car most of us wanted to see on the track, but also a team of mechanics. Des have gotten a lot more flexible (and fun). In my memory, it changed when Dirk and Bob were CIs.
