You'll find my name on the registration page (nice feature by the way). I am approaching the event with great excitement and some trepidation. This has been an off season of researching, purchases, and preparation. I will show up at the track with:

(all new to me if not actually new)
Chvy 3500 crew cab, 32 ft gooseneck trailer with, 1998 SuperCup

This will be a little different than showing up at the track having driven the 2006 carrera S pulling a tire trailer. Something tells me the ride on the track will be a little different too.

Thanks man, nice set up... I'm looking at Trucks and Trailers now myself.... So I understand what you mean about it being a little different...

I am thinking about getting some track time with the SC this year. I have done no track events or Autocross in the past. Is the HPDC a good place to start?

HPDC is a great place to start, and a requirement before DE's with Potomac.
