Default BMW X5 front turn signal question

Good grief, I bought the bulb, but where the heck does it go? It looks like you take the front off the car to replace the bulb. There is nothing that looks like taking it off would allow access to the damn turn signal bulb.

Don’t have a BMW but most newer car’s bulbs replace from the back of the fixture. By the way bob both of my 53mm offset spares are 15”. They came off of cars fitted with 16s though.

It's gotta be pretty easy. Even on the E30's and E36's they had very accessible panels that usually even carried spare bulbs. Look in the owner's manual. It can't be hard.

I figured what the heck and did googled the question - http://www.x5world.com/showarticle-63.html
Four pictures and a full page of details, including the inevitable "don't lose the screws down the bumper". As I feared, the car is constructed around the turn signal indicator.
