Thank you everyone for all your help..just installed the bushings now waiting for another shipment from Pelican with the ball joints and then moving to the rear for a rebuild..get ready for more questions..lol

Looks great. When you are ready to torque the ball joint socket put jack underneath to hold it in place. Only way I have ever been able to do it..

Yes. That's what I have read also..this weekend hope to have it all back on..then moving to the rear..just recieved a box yesterday with all the rear bushings...
Does anyone have the tool to remove the rear control arm bushings..or know of a way to remove them

Do you mean the torsion bar bushings or the bushings in the banana arms? For torsion bar I just cut with a blade as much as I can and then eventually use a grinder. For banana arm bushes I find the rubber will come out easily and then using a Dremel and something I can hit the inner part with I work it out. Am sure there is a tool you can make but having done it a few times it seems to work easy enough.

I wet a sharp 1 inch wood chisel with silicone spray and hammer it through the bushing following along the steel of the swing arm. I cut off as much as is reasonable. I heat the remaining rubber up to soften it a bit but not melt it. I then clean down to bare metal with a knotted rope wire wheel in a paddle switch type angle grinder. No smoke no removed metal.
