Have fun tomorrow!

Wow - what an awesome day. First - can’t say enough good things about the staff there. It sure appears that everyone there loves their job and is as excited about you getting your car as you are.

Track coach was excellent and so helpful. After many years of motorcycle racing and track days I thought I’d be fairly fast right out of the gate, but man did I learn a lot. So much smoother / faster by the end of the session. Then I got few laps in the passenger seat with the coach and got to see what fast really is.

The car..... felt so match faster and stable than I remembered my 2014 to be. The driving coach said no one believes him when he says how much better the 992 is so they rolled out a 2019 991.2 for a few laps so I could compare them. After like 2 laps I said “This car feels like s**t, how is that even possible, I know it’s a great car?” Him... “See, I told you”. The difference was incredible.

Anyhow, it was a great experience from the time I got there until we decided to leave - 2 hours later than the agenda stated. So much cool stuff to see. To anyone consider it - Do it! Easily worth twice what it cost. I will go back there.

So sorry to hear my 991.2 is shite. Maybe I'll just dump if for a Prius.

Funny

Sounds like a good time. Ready to challenge for the 2020 DE championship?

Sorry - wasn’t meant to insult anyone’s ride. That was just my reaction to the dramatic difference in how the 2 cars felt to me. I didn’t expect to even be able to tell the difference. Poor choice of words, but it is what came out of my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend trading it for a Prius.

A lot of skills to be learned / honed before I’m challenging anything!

The rest of the car looks pretty spectacular, too.
