I'd like to see multiple tire manufacturers. The Pirellis suck! I love street Pirellis but these F1 compounds just SUCK! I'd also like to see DRS everywhere. It will reduce passing but it'd be interesting to see how drivers use it. It thought it interesting the comment about Vettel using it mid-corner. Major cohones.

IMHO, the tire "politics" has gotten out of hand. I say make 1 standard tire, that lasts a signficant amount of time. And let the teams have it. If someone can figure out a how to run an entire race without a pit stop, more power to 'em!

And I still stand behind my stand on allowing the drivers to use KERS and DRS wherever they want. I thought I heard during today's race that they can actually do that during qualifying anyway. I also heard today that if the leader, who's being hounded by 2nd place using his DRS, approaches a car he's about to lap, that the leader can then, too, use his DRS.
Did you hear these through the grapevine LOL. All are correct, BTW.

I do not like any of the new artificial manipulations in F1 in for the sake of entertainment Get rid of all the wings and let the drivers drive. Despite all the WWW 20 second vids showing great passing, I do not think that F1 produced tons of passing throughout the race in the past. Road racing is like what is known as soccer here. It is the anticipation that something could happen at any second rather than how many goal scored that grabs your attention.

Yes DRS is an artificial manipulation, but It's kept me (a marginal F1 fan) actually interested in the race. I found it sillly in the past when a car that was 2 seconds a lap faster than the car in front was unable to get around the car. The previous F1 cars were more like a soccer defender who was allowed to just grab onto the jersey of any faster/more skilled player. You just couldn't get by, even if you were faster.

Wonder where Button will end up after the stewards' investigation.

That race turned out much better than I expected, given the rain.

Would've been cool to see MS on the podium. He did try hard, but he just
ran out of car. The Red Bulls are far better machines.

I damn near peed myself when Vettel went wide. Holy cow!

It's great to see the races come down to really good battles at the end. Not just someone checking out. The positive about DRS is it makes it more challenging for the lead driver making him have to work until the checker. Button was picking up time on Vettel every lap it seemed because he was able to use the DRS catching cars. So, effectively gaining 12mph in two sections of the track! Lap times reflected it.

Negative was, Michael was a sitting duck......really hope to see him on the podium this season...
