If you're going to make the "delay" comment and try to relate that to Jack, then the client needed a very specific and particular roofing material, could have no other to match the existing 26-year-old house, and it is not immediately available. Go for a standard roof with common materials and it would have been done already. I don't think that's the case with the house here--rather truly dishonest roofers trying to cheat their clients. George, you've had your chance to trash Jack in the past, no? Let it go - plenty here feel the other way, and some have had to wait a while for their car to be fixed right.
