Probably all for the best, as it looks like the bus is burning oil.
I also find it funny that while they can't seem to afford a proper road, they can afford HD cell phone cameras.

Useless w/o pics of the scene. But if the first tow was into a 2nd No parking zone, I don't see how the Towing company isn't liable for that ticket, plus fraud, plus entrapment, plus collusion, etc...
