I was once one of those random green rookies along with Hunt, Scott, Hoophead, etc. We all started around the same time.

FYI: I offered up becoming an instructor at the July DE and was told my name was added to a list (maybe I am on the "don't ask list???"). I never have seen an invite.

Not sure I can make it out to this event but am thinking about it. I need to dial in some suspension adjustments and a new air gauge. Don't want to be doing that at the Sebring race in January.

Yes, that 996! Hopefully there won't be any loose wires

Looking forward to seeing the three of you!

Instructor school is usually in March; that's probably why.

Gosh, I have a base Cayman with street tires. I promise to behave. I NEED AN INSTRUCTOR. Also, worked corner 10 at the club race. Want to work on that line. Winter is coming. Russell can do it!

(Sorry to be a PIA)

Turns out the brake booster pump shattered, knocking a cover plate loose causing an oil leak. Running good now. However, the car was hit a couple of days ago while parked in front of my house (driver left a note). Not sure if it will get fixed in time for Daytona.
