Hey Jim,

Are you still planning to go?

I've got some 951/968 stuff I'd like to get rid of if anyone is interested in earning some cah-mish. Unfortunately I won't be able to be there myself so let me know if you have room and would like to earn a percentage.

- Blue 968 4-way Script seats. Pass seat is perfect; driver's side has a tear in the bolster.
- Black/black 951 door cards with custom stitching. 7/10 -- no fading or discoloration but some vinyl separation from cardstock.
- Champgnon/black 951 door cards. Near-perfect shape. 9.5/10.
- K26/6 turbo with little shaft play
- Stock 951 wastegate, shimmed 5mm.
- Stock 951 intercooler
- 1 (one) driver's side Koni-yellow strut with stock spring perches. Early-offset (off of an '86 951).

Hey Steve,

Welcome aboard. We hadn't designated any point along the route to meet. Anyone is welcome to meet me at my place and go from there. I will be leaving around 4.45am to get there before they open the gates at 6.30am.

So far we have two spaces (late entries have to take two) and about five dorkis signed up so far for the day:

catron1 - Patrick 3000 - Trikslak - SkankyFrank - and me.

Looking at about $25 per guy for the day; just pay me when you get there. I am bringing burgers and dogs and some beer as well.

Thanks,

Hey guys - I may go up, but it has been a long week, so I will have to see if I feel like a man on Friday night and am willing to get up early on Saturday morning.

If you guys want to caravan, Mike Murphy of Chesapeake Region (great guy) is organizing a drive. Here is what he sent me, and he asks that you email him if you are planning on joining their group so he can get a headcount:

"We will meet at 7:00am for Breakfast at the New Freedom Restaurant and Coffee Shop in New Freedom, PA, which is located on York Road just north of the PA / MD line. To get there, drive north above Baltimore on I-83 and take exit 36 at Rte. 439, Old York Road. The off ramp will take you to Old Your Road where you will turn right and drive a hundred yards to York Road where you will turn right again. Drive north on York Road for approximately 2 miles to the New Freedom Restaurant & Coffee Shop, which will be on your left where there is plenty of parking. Here’s the Google Map link to find the restaurant: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=freel...en&sa=N&tab=wl.

We will leave the restaurant promptly at 8:00am and drive south on York Road to I-83, Exit 37 at Freeland Road (traffic light). We will turn left at the Freeland Road traffic light and lineup along the right-hand shoulder, just stopping just prior to the I-83 north on ramp. Once assembled, we will enter I-83 and drive in caravan to Hershey, PA! Please click on the following link to read more about this event and the on-site services: http://cpa-pca.org/swap/index.html.

Lastly, please remember to register no later than April 15th at tour@pcachs.org. Please tell me which Porsche (model/year) you will be driving and the names of the driver and passengers. Admission to the Swap Meet is free, but dedicated Porsche parking for 900 vehicles is $15 / car."

Welcome, Mike! Since you just joined Dorki, you should introduce yourself and what you do for CHS (Tours, AX) in the introductions thread: http://www.dorkiphus.net/porsche/sho...13610&page=191

Yes - still planning to go. I don't have the roll bar anymore, but I have a bunch of parts to sell. Teamed up with a buddy of mine who's making a
track car out of a black 88 Carrera, so if anyone needs 911 pieces (interior stuff galore and some body parts) he's bringing a trailer full....literally.

Tip for getting into the parking lot quicker; go past the long line of cars waiting to turn right into lot, and then make a U turn once past the entrence. Go back and turn left into the lot.
