2010 Prius belongs in this thread. Aside from uncontrolled acceleration from bad pedals, now the brakes don't work properly:

Actually, the Prius (despite being drive-by-wire) was not involved in the accelerator recall. And I will not be requesting the upgrade unless it is a safety issue. My pads are unworn after 6+ years and I get better mileage with regenerative braking.
