Default I got a hungry Husqvarna that would make short work of that

20 minutes tops and that is a pile of logs and brush. I wish I had such small trees to worry about. Cut it down and put a more polite tree like a dogwood.

Dogwoods drop little red berries. I have a big one in the front yard and park under it. They fill the rain gutters on the truck bit don't tend to stick. The tree rats love them.

The alternative to cutting it putting a tow strap up in it and pulling it over. Looks small enough that most of the roots should come up w/ it. Of course, if you had access to a front end loader you could easily just push it over...
