That's actually not a bad idea. Save the 85 as the DD and trackify this one. Between upgrading the 85 and buying another DD when it becomes undrivable on the street, you'll spend $20k anyway.

Hey Bob,

How much does it cost to build out the basement? Are we talking material and labor or just materials? I bet the Dorki brothers and sisters would be willing to chip in with the labor, no doubt the skill set assembled would exceed whatever contractors you might hire. What is the time frame? How many sq.ft.? Plumbing, electric, hvac?
