Thanks for all the pointers and the book recommendation! I decided to spend more than my original plan and get a much nicer car.

As far as a shakedown run, I got yelled at for going too fast on Kirby last night. I will have to try it without my copilot.

Nooooooo, not "The Pike"! Not unless you go in the middle of the night. The traffic there absolutely kills a perfectly good road.

Richard - don't worry, even though you weren't here your car contributed in your absence. BTW, don't worry if it feels a little more sluggish then you remember when you pick it up ... I'm sure you'll get used to the 3.0 in there
