Yes, depending on the area. In NW I would recommend Armen Nazarian Jr <armennaz@juno.com> (very patient and helpful)

Depending on the value of the property there are some high-powered realtors with connections. Never been in that league

Janet (see my original post) is licensed and does business in DC. I have closed more than a few with her there. Her office is in McLean but she knows DC well.

Aha a fellow Armenian. I'm looking in the west end/foggy bottom. Proximity to cool spots without the cost and closer to work. High value is a bad name right now in my book.
