Not sure which model Kirkey and how old yours is, but I got new ones this year and they have 3 holes in the base. 1 hole is used for a 5pt sub set-up and 2holes for a 6pt set up.

As for 2013? Check the date of BELT manufacture, not purchase. Sometimes a "new" belt is already several months old

PCA Potomac rule is it's good through December 5 years from date of manufacture (so a February '08 belt is good through the full '13 season).
