If done before Christmas and no snow, it will either be 12/11, 12/12, 12/19, or 12/20.
If not done before Christmas, we're talking January...

I think January is a safer bet. I know my wife and I have plans pretty much every weekend between now and Christmas. Not to say I couldn't help for a few hours but probably not a marathon day.

January 16th and 17th may be a good weekend for reassembly if you're trying to do it in Richmond. That would of course depend on everyone else's schedule as well...

I may be able to help in your garage when it makes it back to town. Chance of me making a 3 hour drive to VA during Dec or Jan is close to -10% unless I get partial ownership, at which point it's up to 5%.

x2. It took Kenny and me a full day last winter just to do this, and it's hard to do anything else concurrently.

Paint interior? Can't you tint the windows for less effort? It is a "racecar" afterall

Also agree with needing to set up weekend dates first and agenda items and let the help fall where it may. It is "your" project afterall... My less than helpful skills as well as my well honed sense of sarcasm and nitpicking is available almost anytime!

Hammer finish with a brush.

Many of your "do today or do on this day" line items are the kind that often get hung up on some small detail. I would double all time estimates for any item you have not done before and then add more time unless you KNOW you have all the right parts tools and materials.
Install and hook up motor or gas tank or whatever can get hung up on any or many of many things that require a part or fitting to be found, ordered, shipped and hopefully show up and be the right one.
