You are most likely placing the center of your finger too far left on the trigger. This moves the weapon slightly to the left as you squeeze the trigger. The center of your finger print should be in the center of the trigger. Combine the finger position with looking up and over the sights, "jack-in-the-box", a split second after you fire and it will produce a low left group. Your sight picture and head/eyes should remain in the same position during pre and post shot. Also try a wide-vision, both eyes open, sight picture. It's difficult for some to learn but will greatly improve your accuracy and target acquisition skills.
