Default Mechanic recommendation for early 60's Fiat jeep

A buddy of mine brought back a 1962 Fiat Campagnola from his Army service in Italy. It's Italy's version of a Willys Jeep. This one spent years in the Italian military. Very simple mechanicals. He's in Silver Spring and needs a mechanic who can do some basic fixes, including a carb rebuild. Probably anyone who is familiar with that era cars would be fine. Thank you for any recommendations.

There's a shop in Rockville, Auto Centro we've used in the past. Been in business since 1977. They advertise as Porsche/Audi/VW, but seem to work on just about anything. The owner, Paulo, is a former racer, and likes to work on older cars. We were always happy with their service. I'd bet he may know some Italian experts in the area, too.
