I used Pollet Automotive in Fairfax to repair the headliner and door trim on my cayman. Very happy with the result and the price (after being shocked by the quote from the dealer).

If you don't mind, can you give us a little more detail - what exactly were the problems, how were they fixed and ballpark cost for each?

I have an '06 Cayman, so likey will need similar repairs

Thanks

I just had my bmw m3 hard top done by lims in Chantilly for 350 cash. Taking my Cayman down there to get a price. Great work and I think he said 450 for the Cayman. Will find out soon.

Lims did great work I think it was 450 cash. I also had them do a e36 headliner that I removed from the car for 100 I think. Going to see them about redoing a targa top soon.

Lims for my 2006 Cayman S for the win.

Odd experience (cash, disorganized, high as a kite on fumes) but they were quick and the work was excellent.

FYI, I pulled the liner myself, stripped it down (or tried to), and had planned to DIY it. Don't. Impossible to strip it well without lots of solvent and the awkward shape begs to break in the delicate parts.

Yep - Lim's is great especially if you're on the VA side. Rankin's in the Gaithersburg Airpark is a good choice too for those on the other side

Another vote for Rankin's. They did an excellent job on my '16 Cayman.

+1 for Lim's. They did a great job on my B6 A4 years ago.

Also, when I took in the seat base (not the car) from my old '03 boxster to get it restrung, the guy there knew exactly the make/model/year by sight!!!
