Thanks for the advice and optimism! If the weather stays mild enough I hope to look into all this before March

I had Wagon Works II in Alexandria repair a rust spot along my wind shield recently - very nice work, reasonable price, and lifetime guarantee.

I have an unfavorable review of Karoserie, if interested.

And I have an unfavorable review of Wagon Works and several good ones for Karrosserie. Must just depend on the stars!

You'd be amazed how much road crud can build up in some places that can't be good over time. Just for kicks between run sessions last year, I pulled the 28 row brass cooler off my SC in the paddock. With a flat tip screwdrived I probably scraped 5 lbs. of $hit off there. That can do wonders for your oil temps. Hard oil lines and thermostat can carry a ton of muck build up too. Luckily, when I removed my rocker trim, all looked fine.
