How many people are going to the holiday party? It seems like the new location in DC is going to be a pain to get to for anyone outside the city.

From VA I think it will be quicker to get to the 'city' than to Chevy Chase. I think I took me 1 hour or so the last few times because of weekend beltway traffic (the worst kind!). I almost drove into DC then back out to Chevy Chase. So, YYMV

It SUCKS going into Chevy Chase -- I'd take most spots in DC over that any day.
That being said, as usual our x-mas party is on the same day as the PCAP party so I can't go no matter where it is located.

I looked at a dozen and a half places before choosing Toro Toro. We had to leave Clydes - we just outgrew it - if 90% of the people that had registered last year showed up at the same time we would have exceeded fire code. The parking garage options nearby are pretty good and they will have valet available. Registrations are tracking about the same as they have been in past years.

Looks like McPherson Square, then Metro Center, and then either Farragut North or Gallery Place-Chinatown.
