Not sure how an RSR mounts the glass, but what I was thinking of was similar to how we sometimes mount number plates on Vintage MX bikes...

Bottom:
======
Bond aluminum brackets to the inside bottom of the glass. They would be L brackets with slots cut in them parallel to the glass (Female brackets). Mount the mating brackets to the car with a trimmed edge that fits in the slots of the other bracket. To install, you would place the window in bottom first until the windows brackets fit over the car brackets.

Top:
======
Bond an aluminum bracket to the inside of the glass with a pin attached to the top (pin will go through a bracket mounted to the inside of the car (with corresponding hole). To finish install, you would pivot glass up ensuring pin goes through mounting hole and then Fasten with a cotter pin (recommend rubber washer and regular washer).

Please keep in mind that those were drawn in Microsoft Paint while I was on a conference call at work... I am not an artist!
