attorney?

If you read the rules, it will clearly state that unless it says you can, you can't. In case of removing glass in stock/prepared class cars, it actually says that you cannot replace/remove any except the windshield.
Where exactly are these shocks mounted? I have no problem reaching my canisters. As lane said, move them within reach is the best solution

shocks are in the normal spot . its just extremely hard to reach with the roll bar and the seat blocking access.

Just leave Spritle and Chim Chim back there to adjust them on the fly. That's the way Speed did it.

^ I though of those two while at lunch and planed on posting it when I got back. Can't say I could remember their names tho.

All aside. There has to be some way to remote the adjustment or gain alternative access.

I'm open to ideas. The adjuster on the top of the shock takes a 4mm socket.

Flexible shaft extension to an L bracket?

The cabling solution (like for brake bias) might work as well.

Nobody tech's these things anyway... replace the floor with thin Lexan and see if anyone notices you can see the track...

possibly. will have to take a more detailed look at the damper and see if there is a way to solidly affix the cable to the 4mm "nut" . the easy approach may end up being with the windows..

Non-racer question here. It says you cannot remove or replace the glass, but can you change how they are mounted? Is that allowed?

Because the original glass is tempered you can't drill it. But... you could bond a bracket onto it that fit onto pins, and put rubber around the mounting area. Quickly pull the cotters from the pins and carefully remove the glass.

It would seem that stock tempered glass might survive the ride and removal/installs.

Sorry if it's a dumb idea, just trying to think outside the box...
