Destroying seems to be SOP for illegally imported cars. I wonder why gov't doesn't sell them at auction instead? Sell to a dealer with stipulation that it not be driven on any public roads, and that it must leave the country within 90 days. Seems like win-win for the gov't and for the dealer.

67 car pile up yesterday in Baltimore...about 30 seconds in it gets pretty crazy...
