Default Winterization
I promise once this election is over I will get my videos from summit cr up and update the build thread. we got a ton done right before the race. many thanks ryan and others for all the brake advice - we got a good solution and brakes were better than I thought possible at cr. didn't begin to fade until very end of the race(s).

Right now I need to get the car all tidied up and ready for winter, and then Sebring. thought this might be a valuable thread for others as well.

this is my list right now but I'm wondering if others have ideas of things I should do knowing the car will be sitting in below freezing temps and not moving for a couple months? other wear items I should be concerned about?
  • change motor oil/gear oil if needed
  • car detailed and cleaned
  • check out left side thoroughly where I got hit
  • check bolts on headers that are very tight clearance (see pic attached)
  • check brakes/pads/fluid
  • check all suspension components (arms, links, bars, etc...)
  • check wheel bearings
  • replace wheel studs
  • coolant
  • put car on roller wheels w old sh*t tyres
