Learning a ton from Tom and the TPC gang in this process. Big thanks to them all for keeping me in pics so I can update this thread as the build progresses.

I just posted the power steering cooler in the reply above (you see it sits right in front of the existing radiator) and the PDK cooler, which is positioned underneath the car toward the back.

In the Cayman, engine oil cooler is under the manifold and contains the connections for power steering cooling. The better the oil cooling, the less heat gets transferred to engine coolant. Cool

Third pic shows the stock oil cooler and the TPC motorsports solution. Notice the stock oil cooler w/ PS cooling is 55mm tall and carries the power steering connections.

Then the Motorsport oil cooler w/o PS cooling is 63mm tall.

Next one, interestingly, the Cayman GT4 Clubsport uses the same width oil cooler, without PS connections - but it's only 43mm tall!

Also of note, the GT4 CS uses soft rubber engine mounts...

front grilles went in today. made by Bilt, they come as a kit.

Also tweaked the bumper interior to move more air to the radiators and through to the brakes/wheels.

Third shot shows stock ducting.

Today's update

Semi-sold trans/engine mounts. Rennline sent the wrong engine mount part but corrected it and are sending a new one next day

Pic1 - stock trans mount coupler doesn't mount flush. Not sure if this is a manufacturing defect or what...

Pic2 - a couple mm of machining took care of it

Pic3 - now it sits nice and flush

pics4/5 - compare the stock mount to the Wevo. That stock mount bell contains a big ribber ball. Now we have a polyurethane disc instead. This is the stiffest setting, you also get blue and yellow which are softer.
