Wish I did...it was a gentlemen's agreement among racers. Just like racing everyone is a gentleman until the crap hits the fan.

No such thing as a curse. Just another obstacle to get through... She will live and run again.

No contract is a help and a hurt. The hurt is lack of agreed recourse for non payment of rent or other breach of contract. The help is he also has the same lack of recourse.

Perhaps you can make a good faith effort to contact the owner of the car(s) Document this carefully. If no luck and you are more interested in the space than the back rent call a towing company and have them tow for salvage. They will go through proper legal motions and then scrap or sell the cars. Do you have the owner's full name and any address?

I have his full name, he is the former president of PCA club racing! It seems crazy, but your advice is already in motion. He has been informed in writing that I intend to scrap the cars for non payment.

Is there any value to the car rather than junking them? Would seem a shame, unless you had to do that for legal purposes (perhaps sell for the storage costs, or at least to offset storage costs).

Without a contract it can be somewhat troublesome to take title of an offending vehicle. The larger towing companies do this all day every day
Even with a signed storage contract it is a fair amount of work to take legal ownership of a titled vehicle.
Would be worth it for a car that was worth it. (Well Duh)
