^^ But even if a Model Home, I have a hard time believing that they would have intentionally put the garage door OR the driveway in the wrong place.

As a Realtor, often going to model homes, this is not at all unusual. If/when they decide to sell it, just move around the driveway. Trash cans would be moved and would give the impression of most of the designs.
