Came on car and im yet to find another like it.

Believe it or not you might find one like this at Pep Boys, Salvo, or even Advanced auto. It may be better to get one of the disposables with real paper filter media rather than that plastic screen inside. Your Webers will probably be happier...

Looks like an Earls brand but there are many like it. As said not the go to fuel filter. I like the metal ones.

Here is the fuel filter I'm running. Matt De Maria had me get it. Think it was originally made for a VW, picked it up over the counter at an auto parts store.
