Hey - nice job at WGI y'all - I've enjoyed the vids. Making me wish I was running E class again.

Separate subject - probably should start a new thread, but figured I'd get more feedback on this one... Can anyone tell me if a Kirkey seat is legal for PCA club racing? I understand that the Kirkeys are not FIA approved, but does that have any bearing on whether I can run with one in PCA in my GTC3? If you don't know but know who to ask, let me know. I'm on a short fuze to get my seat issue resolved before VIR and so I'm running out of time. Thanks in advance.

As long as you have the properly mounted/attached seat back brace you should be good. When I went thru tech at the Glen last week that is all the scrut looked for in the log book. If no brace then you have to comply with all the crap on page 52 of the rule book.

Kind of late to the party but this was my last couple of laps of Sprint Race 1. Evan's avoidance thread reminded me to put this up. Most thrilling finish ever for me. Karl Poetl is perhaps the best 944 driver/setup guy in the country so finishing in front of him (even with a less than 100% car) is an accomplishment. My goal at the Glen is always to finish in the top 5 since there are some really well prepared cars and good drivers there(IIRC 23 SP3 cars). Last couple of years have met my goal. I think that's why I like this race so much because it is a true gauge of your abilities. Other races you can be top 5 with only 6 cars which really means you are the second place loser.

Nice!

Seemed like he saw you in the sole of the boot and picked up his pace. Great chase, congrats!
