Yea, screw in LED bulbs on a Lutron dimmer. Screwed the bulbs in as a retrofit to a fixture and I think one of the switches would keep the bulbs on even though with the incandescents they would be off. Changed to a different Lutron from a different wall switch location (also a dimmer but a different style one) and the result was some weird flickering in the off state.

I am looking to replace the whole fixture to expand my options for bulb size. If this were wall mount there are thousands. For a celing mount its slim pickings.

I've looked at some commercial lights even but they are so bright I will light the block. I believe 750-1000 lumens is sufficient without being obnoxious to my neighbors. I even looking at using a security light that allows mounting on eaves but it will go on the ceiling.
