Sadly cannot attend this event. Signed up but will need to cancel because my wife will not be back in time from Germany. Her father, Christian, passed away. He lived with us 6 months out of the year for the past 8 years. Many of you may remember him from some of the tech events I would drag him to.

I was sorry to hear the bad news, Gary.
I am (likely too) deep on the waitlist. I will ask (Registrar?) about what I can do to help with flagging or other FNG duties TBD. I have greatly enjoyed learning so much in little time, from helpful people who willingly share. This is some serious fun!

PCA Potomac hires a company to provide flaggers, so no volunteering there. However, there are usually some opportunities for volunteers at grid/ pit out. Grid Tech as well, although that is limited from 7:00 - 8:00 am.
